The Brief

A complete renovation and two bespoke extensions transformed this Maple 2 family villa into a warm, contemporary home inspired by nature. From the moment you enter, sweeping architectural arches soften the transition between spaces, creating a home that feels open, connected and effortlessly calm. A palette of natural stone, oak and warm textures brings depth and timeless character throughout, balancing understated luxury with modern family living.

The ground floor was reimagined as one continuous living environment, centred around a sculptural Calacatta porcelain island and an oak veneer kitchen. Bespoke curved doors with bronze detailing carry the architectural language throughout the home, while layered lighting, integrated home automation and thoughtfully crafted joinery create spaces that feel intuitive, refined and beautifully connected.

Upstairs, the principal suite becomes a quiet retreat, where striking Viola porcelain, a raised platform bath, bespoke vanities and carefully integrated storage combine to create a sense of calm luxury. The children's bedrooms continue the home's softer aesthetic through timeless detailing, bespoke joinery and flexible spaces designed to evolve with the family.

Every element of the project was carefully considered, from the architectural interventions to the smallest finishing details, creating a home that feels cohesive, enduring and deeply personal. The result is a timeless family home where thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship and everyday functionality come together seamlessly.
