The Brief

Designed and delivered for Nuvello Real Estate, this complete office fit-out transformed a blank shell in Dubai Investments Park into a contemporary workplace that reflects the company's ambitious, people-first brand. Inspired by soft architectural forms and a calming material palette, the design combines sage green accents, herringbone oak flooring and bespoke joinery to create a workspace that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.

From the reception area with its arched, backlit niches to the open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms and dedicated podcast studio, every space was carefully considered to encourage collaboration, creativity and connection. Bespoke joinery, integrated storage, carefully layered lighting and premium finishes create an environment that is as functional as it is refined.

Delivered from concept and interior design through to complete fit-out, the project demonstrates how thoughtful workplace design can elevate both company culture and the client experience, creating a timeless office tailored to the way Nuvello Real Estate works and grows.
